Product Marketing Manager - Enablement Marketer

Job Description :

- We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager - Enablement Marketer champion who is ready to gain the required product understanding and equip the sales team with onboarding process, playbooks resources, training, and learning to close the deals. Resources may include Content, tools, and other information that helps sell your products and services to customers.

- You will be a key member of the sales enablement team and form a crucial link between our marketing and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of sales enablement requirements and designing document flows, storytelling, and training and be able to liaise with the product and marketing teams.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Product Collaterals for Sales Enablement - Translate the product messaging into various marketing sales enablement collaterals like one-pagers, sales decks, datasheets, etc. Managing custom asset-creation requests from Sales/Success to win key deals.

- Owning Product Collateral Roadmap - Creating and managing a long-term product collateral plan that involves continuous tracking of new features/use-cases enabled by the product, Content gaps being faced by revenue teams, and using the same to revamp or create new product enablement assets.

- Sales Onboarding - Effective onboarding of new sales team hires, playbooks, internal sales tools and training programs for sales reps.

- Customer & Market knowledge Have thorough understanding of customers, their requirements, and expectations. Thorough knowledge of market and competition

- Strong Story-telling - Own the product narrative going out in the market to help communicate value to the prospects and the opportunities in the pipeline.

- Training & Content Adoption - Drive consumption of the sales collateral built by owning sales collateral release cycle and sales collateral training to improve adoption. Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.

- Capture Market Feedback - Driving feedback from the sales to the leadership and influencing sales enablement content roadmap and tactics

- Program Management Build programs focused on skill development for existing and new Sales team members. Periodic assessment of sales team to identify and address gaps in sales effectiveness
