Product Marketing Manager - Credit Card

Job Summary:

The Product Marketing Manager for Credit Cards at Bank is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive the growth and profitability of the credit card portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of the credit card market, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to effectively position Bank's credit card offerings.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive credit card acquisition, activation, and usage.

2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends to enhance the credit card product portfolio.

3. Collaborate with internal teams (such as product development, sales, and operations) and external agencies to launch new credit card products and campaigns.

4. Develop marketing collaterals, campaigns, and promotional activities to increase credit card awareness and usage.

5. Analyze campaign performance and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies and improve product offerings.

6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to credit card acquisition, activation, and usage.

7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for all credit card marketing activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
