ROLE :
- Create and execute Company's overall marketing strategy.
- Improve customer retention, engagement, and growth on the platform
- Improve Company's brand and customer's trust in the system
- Study user behavior and utilize this understanding to optimize all new and ongoing campaigns
- Scale and improve performance of existing channels
- Measure campaign success set benchmarks, and optimize communication
- Develop seamless processes, ongoing reporting & insights generation, and iterative creative optimization
- Manage and scale the team
REQUIREMENTS :

Experience: 7+ years of experience in customer or product marketing at a start-up.
Expertise: You have significant experience leading the development and execution of major integrated marketing strategies.
- You have hands-on experience with customer nurturing, running successful campaigns, webinars, feature launches, creating effective marketing plans.
Quantitative skills: You have the ability to marry strong quantitative capabilities with creative analytical skills to understand the why behind numbers.
Growth mindset: You embrace challenges, welcome feedback, and see effort as the path to mastery. You believe that you and others can always learn and grow.
Ownership: You take initiative to find solutions and focus on what must be done to create success.
