Manager - Marketing, Analytics and Revenue Enhancement - Credit Cards
Key Objectives of the Position:
- Management of spends analytics and Social Media Engagement program
- Manage optimum marketing and communication solutions for all the initiatives.
- Strategizing for and managing various revenue enhancement programs
- Identification of new avenues of revenue enhancement through internal audit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing various strategies for enhancement of revenue of the business as well as management of cost line items of the P&L.
- Maintenance of existing revenue enhancement projects
- Ideation and development of innovative Social Media Engagement campaigns
- Work closely with Analytics, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Quality and Technology in executing business process re-engineering and product customization.
- Training and development of channels
- Ensuring product and process modifications to comply with the regulatory guidelines
- Reviewing the existing process and ensure enhancements for better service delivery and reduction of inherent risks in the processes
