Position Title: Product Manger

Business Group: Remittances (International Banking Group)

Key Deliverables:

Product Management ofLeading Bank’s flagship inward remittance channel Money2India.com

- Maximize business through Existing Relationship Value enhancement

- Maximize business from New Acquired customers

- Customer Lifecycle management for enhancing channel stickiness and minimizing attrition

- Enhancing business through increased usage of high-margin value-added products

- Partner Customer service/ Operations team to build excellence in customer relationship management through standardized process and quality service across all channels of customer interface

- Streamlining /automation of processes/ service deliveries that positively influence customer experience

Person Requirements:

PEOPLE SHOULD BE FROM TIER 1 AND TIER 2 CAMPUS ONLY.

Age: 25 to 35 years

Qualifications: MBA with min. 2 years experience in product management - preferably having managed a retail (online) product
