- Setting up the Products and Spearheading the sales & marketing operations, thereby increasing sales & clientele by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share metrics.
- Devising & effectuating competitive selling programs, strategies to improve the product awareness and enhancing business growth.
- Determining the clients by comparative study of market variable like cost, and providing them with superior service.
- Conducting extensive market research in analyzing, assessing market potential, tracking competitor activities for providing valuable inputs to fine-tune selling & marketing strategies.
- Managing customer centric operations, ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery timelines and service quality norms.
- Monitoring of Loan accounts, checking of loan documents and supervising the timely preparation of statutory Audit and MIS reports.
- Monitoring client's portfolio performance, rendering sustained advisory services for securing high ROI, making alterations if required every quarter based on the objective of the plan and presenting the same to the client, at predetermined intervals.- Manage activities pertaining to negotiating/ finalizing / execution of deals for smooth execution of sales.
- Evaluating performance of Business Development teams against the set targets, doing need based promotion planning and providing valuable feedback for improvement.

Gaining understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Introducing products to customers - Assisting and training sales department in developing sales and marketing strategies
Creating detailed product roadmap plans, features and dependencies with other business units and divisions
Managing Customer engagement programs, campaigns to drive combo sale, usage, spends and activation
Creating and Managing Profit & Loss (P&L) of the product
MIS analysis to evaluate product/channel performance and propose the improvement strategies in line with corporate objectives
