Product Manager - Wires & Cables

We have an opening with a Leading Wires & Cables Global MNC.

Location: Noida.

Role: Product Manager

KRA:

1. Manage Product portfolio of Building Segment (Wires & Cables).

2. Product roadmap and portfolio planning for respective portfolios. Multi stakeholder interface.

3. Establish market segmentation & brand values with marcom, & evolve a brand-wise product roadmap.

4. Identifying organic, inorganic & adjacent growth opportunities for the business in terms of new products as well as untapped customer verticals.

5. Identify & implement training & skill development needs for the team for new products & customers.

6. Working with R&D and plant for new developments to prepare for future growth plan.

7. Profit growth thru pricing, product mix, customer mix & cost optimization initiatives.
