Product Manager - Wealth - Bank

This is regarding the opportunity with a leading private bank for the role of Product Manager - Wealth

Experience: 3+ years into wealth product management

Qualification: Post graduate preferred

Location: Mumbai

Job role:

- Understanding the market, analysing competitors, and modifying or adding goods, features, or offers in order to better the wealth product and proposition, particularly in the features, benefits, and offers space

- Examining internal data, portfolio trends, consumer consumption trends, NPS scores, and suggestions for activities to boost customer engagement

- Overseeing the whole setup and implementation of all consumer features and benefits provided under the Proposition, guaranteeing timely completion and customer satisfaction. Where necessary, processes can be automated to help with this.

- Managing cost budgets and balancing provided features and benefits

- Analyzing and monitoring the use of the features and advantages of the product or proposition that was launched.
