Responsibilities: - Responsible for overall performance of the language-user acquisition, growth and retention - Analyzing data to identify actionable propositions - Ensuring a quality language UX, creating and maintaining a user feedback loop - Coordinating with product, growth & QA teams for language-specific operations - Growing and managing diverse language communities - Ensuring content quality compliance by overseeing all the review/report processes - Overseeing internal/external language specific communication - Research, analysis & leveraging of internal/external content trends - Identifying and partnering with publishers/brands/individuals Requirements: - You are a native of Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand or Uttar Pradesh - You have a Bachelor's degree from IIT/BITS/NIT/IIIT - You are an expert in your native demographic, culture and traditions - You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in data analytics - You have an entrepreneurial spirit, problem-solving and analytical aptitude
