About Our Client :

Our client is a very renowned name within the auto parts market. They specialize in auto parts like brakes, pistons, shockers, cylinders etc. for two wheelers. They're looking at rapidly expanding their business and want to hire a Product manager who can look after their portfolio of auto parts.

Job Description :

Reporting directly into the General Manager - Supply Chain, your key responsibilities will be :

- Handling a Two Wheeler Auto Parts portfolio

- Identifying the right vendors for providing specific auto components, and helping in developing them

- Traveling to Asian markets to interact with preferred vendors

- Analyzing two wheeler auto parts market trends in the South East Asia region

- Liaising with several national and international stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant :

- You will be a Mechanical Engineer with at least 7 years of work experience, in the two wheeler automobiles sector handling supply chain mandates like Procurement/Sourcing/Vendor management/R&D.

- Further, you'll have an exposure to the Chinese auto parts vendor base. Knowledge of Chinese language (Mandarin/Cantonese) would be a big plus.

- In addition to this, you'll have excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
