Job purpose: The incumbent will be responsible for creating & enhancing all the customer/dealer facing journeys and ensuring adoption of the digital products by end users. They will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products that are competitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our customers. They need to define & execute the digital product strategy and roadmap and ensure timely results.
Duties & Responsibilities (List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job):
- To Conduct primary/secondary research to identify opportunities for constantly enhancing customer experience and introducing new features for our digital products.
- To create user stories and work with development teams for quality outcome.
- To Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing to develop and launch new products and features.
- Responsible for the building new initiative, roadmap and product for Unsecured lending & Vehicle Financing
- Write BRDs & User stories along with test scenarios, Create, Track and measure KPIs
- Close solution with Business Heads, IT Heads and cross functional teams. Perform UAT testing, product rollout,
- Training and Support post launch activities for entire Rural Salaried loan and Rural Professional Loan business
- Bringing in technological interventions for making customer experience better and seamless on digital assets
- To Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and feasibility.
- Ensuring best-in-class user journeys which are compliant.
- To Conduct user testing and research to validate product assumptions and inform product decisions.
- To Analyze product performance and user data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- To Develop and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, user guides, and release notes.
- To perform UX, UI, design-thinking, and user testing methodologies in real-life scenarios
