Drive Prepay Usage and Revenue for the Circle of Telangana & AP
- Prepaid revenue enhancement.
- Achieving gross and net revenue targets as per AOP. Monitor ARPU and plan profitability of all pre paid customers Large and usage revenue. Analyse usage and recharge trends and accordingly create new plans and offerings.
- Data mining and analysing call patterns for all pre paid products.
- Monitoring Usage and revenue capability of the circle Revenue churn reduction through proactive retention of customers. Tracking of competition offers through market visits and BI Product communication.
- Smooth and streamlined deployment of new product initiatives at all customer touch points and communication elements like product brief, product training to appropriate channel. Reducing customer churn across segments to increase intention to stay. Take decision on life cycle view of customer.
Reporting to: Head Prepaid Marketing
- Proficiency in MS Access. Experience in Prepaid consumer segmentation and base Management. Product Management
- Problem Solving - Aggressive - Energetic
