KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to value realization to achieve targets of Sales Revenue and Profitability from the existing and new product line, the key role is strategic and not tactical.
His key responsibilities will also include the following:-
Strategic Planning
Product Development
Product Management
Product Promotion
Channel Marketing
Sales Support and Market Research
Customer Service
Finance, Legal and Compliances
MIS and Reports
The incumbent will be accountable for:
- Achievement of Assigned Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Building strong and robust Marketing process and systems.
- Ensuring profitable business in the assigned product categories.
- Positioning company's brand and product to remain in Top --- Brands in the Indian Industry.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional with a master degree in Marketing & Sales from the Institute of repute. Any engineering is desirable.
- At least 8-12 years experience, 3-5 years of which should be at a middle leadership level of management within sales & marketing in a blue chip organization.
- Prior experience in a company where Sales is a key driver in the end to end business performance and is considered to have - best practices- in sales & marketing.
- Must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
