Product Manager - Travel Industry

Job Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and design Holiday Products (International and Domestic) for FIT and Group departures.

- Develop innovative Products for different segments of Holiday business.

- Contracting and Negotiating with the Hotel Chains to get the best deal.

- Work closely with Airline Support team.

- Work closely with Marketing team for implementing promotional strategies to build and increases the business and also execute all marketing campaigns, offline/online advertisement.

- Understand Consumer’s buying behavior.

- Provide functional support to the operations team.

- Provide training to the Sales team on existing and new products.

- Research and analyze Market Trends.

- To monitor and manager revenue margins

Experience - 5 - 10 years with a TRAVEL Company in Product designing, development, promotion and Contracting.

Key Skills:

- Team Management and motivational skills.

- Knowledge of International and Domestic products – Holidays, Hotels and Airlines.

- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.

- Strong Domain knowledge – Product development and Contracting.

- Able to multi-task the activities with priorities.
