Job purpose
The primary function of the role is to develop, negotiate and purchase inventory to meet the revenue target keeping in mind the customer and regional demands for travelers. The role is to make sure that the customers are made available with a range of travel products with the right pricing throughout the year. The role is expected to achieve the goal by various activities like research and development, negotiation with the right buyer and customer behavior analysis.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibility
- Primary:
Research and development of existing and new destination products
Project and forecast the flight inventory requirement and making sure of the availability for both season and off season
Duties
- Development of product (destination wise) aligned to each market
- Consistent analysis of market airfares to capture the right prices
- Competitor analysis to understand rating of our products from a pricing perspective
- Improving products based on the customer feedback from customer experience division

- Product price variance year on year
