Product Manager - Transportation Firm

About VOGO:

We, at VOGO are building India's largest transportation company. We all regularly experience the inconvenience of waiting for 15 min for an expensive auto or cab to just take us for a 15 minute ride. Not anymore : just walk up to our VOGO scooter next door, press OTP to start and then reach your destination in 10 minutes.

Launched in 2016 by IIT-IIM Alumni, we currently operate a large fleet of scooters across 4 cities in India.

Founding Team: Alumni of IIM Ahmedabad, IIT Bombay and ESSEC, Paris with leadership experience in business, ops & tech across Flipkart, Amazon, Housing, Zoomcar, Lazada

This is a completely new product for customers and so solving for demand side is a unique challenge. If you like unsolved challenging problems and working at a fast pace, VOGO is the right place for you.

Role & Responsibilities - 

- Own the product strategy; Understand customer requirements, market gaps/ need gaps and drive release-level feature choices.

- Should be able to define impact for every major effort and prioritize features

- Should be very hands-on and detail oriented. Constantly test his own products and write and define product specs and wireframes from scratch.

- Have the ability to be able to work with different teams and drive them towards company priorities: Engineers, Designers, Operations, Marketing etc

Skills :

- Should have owned complete product lifecycle from conceptualization to release and roadmap

- Handson ability to execute independent of supervision.

- Good Technical Understanding will be required.

- Engineering/MBA from a premium college would be preferred

- Work experience in consumer internet in product management is prerequisite. Please do not apply if not applicable.
