Job Description Summary
- Product blue print for current and saving account, prepared, approved by sponsors within required timeline
- Defining detailed business specifications and maintaining in case of changes needed
- Project manager in daily cooperation and interaction with other project streams and PMO aiming at full alignment at all times with other streams
- Carry out negotiations with 3rd party suppliers supporting and enabling the smooth and high quality product functioning in Indian context, selection of partners, concluding agreements.
- Preparing and maintaining business plan (i.e. forecast/budget/P&L) for transactional business and suggesting actions in order to achieve business goals
- Writing and maintaining policies and procedures for transactional accounts related functionalities
- Train, coach and mentor relevant resource(s) to provide smooth customer experience
