Training Content - Product Manager - with Leading Fin-Tech Company

Role & responsibilities:

- You will be in charge of generating, creating, improving, and managing content in order to fulfil our business objectives.

- Run user testing to determine the effectiveness of your material. Gathering data and making recommendations based on the results, identifying relevant content across digital assets that consumers are interested in, and creating fresh and engaging content.

- Stay current on advancements and generate new ideas/themes to capture the attention of the audience.

- Training Plan implementation and facilitation for the chosen region.

- Ensure the optimisation of existing and new material in accordance with the brand strategy and digital asset design.

- Assist the Curriculum team in creating content and ensuring employee training coverage at the defined levels.

- Create an editorial calendar and verify that team and content development are on track across the platform, including a breakdown of content updates on a live/daily/biweekly/weekly/monthly/yearly basis.

- Check for compliance (copyright and data protection).
