Product Manager - Trade Finance - FinTech

Job role:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Compliance, finance, legal, marketing, and operations to develop and launch new products and services,

- Write, review, and update policies related to our financial products, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and industry best practices

- Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products and help to drive strategic decisions.

- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to phasing out, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

- Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products

- Awareness of the RBI and other relevant regulator's policies and managing its effect in product and policy design

- Awareness of the market developments and its impact on the business

- Provide training and support to internal teams regarding new product launches and policy changes

- Continuously assess and improve existing financial products and services based on customer feedback and market demands.

- Analyse financial data and market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities for the business.
