Product Manager - Tiles & Sanitaryware

Product management - Defining Go-To-Market strategy, product roadmaps, pricing, channel expansion and communications strategy for the key brands by understanding consumer insights, market trends, new innovations and market opportunities.

Brand Management - Develop market strategies to gain market share and achieve top and bottom line targets for the brand.

Define and implement the Marketing calendar for the brands, detailing the plans for various product launches and promotions (both for primary and secondary) and special interventions for priority products. Work closely with the advertising agencies to develop creative marketing communication elements for different product categories. Track and measure impact of communication strategy and marketing programs on business parameters alongside competitor analysis.

Trade Marketing - Develop brand value and loyalty among customers through innovative engagement and retention activities. Design and implement - Below the Line- product promotion and loyalty programs, direct mailers, tele marketing, flyers, POP's and retailer & influencer meets, outdoor media etc.

Digital Marketing - Coordinating with Digital partner to enhance online presence. Designing online content/advertisements/ infographics for display on popular social media websites and professional platforms.

Market Research & New Product Development - Periodic product quality benchmarking with the competition to define the product improvement plans. Work with the market research agencies to design surveys and study consumer insights. Develop, execute and monitor business plan for new product development. Liaison with cross functional teams to manage the innovation funnel
