Job Description - Team Leader - Third Party Product Research(Role Based in Mumbai)

We are searching for a Team Leader - Third Party Product Research to evaluate and research trends and opportunities in the market. In this role, you will perform research and appraisals of financial instruments, markets, and businesses and interact with other team members to deliver quality investment directives to our clients and business.

To ensure success, you should be well-versed in portfolio management, financial markets, have a keen eye for detail, and be proactive in finding investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assessing financial products available in the market for business opportunity and arrive at Strategic ideas.

- Suitability analysis, periodic review, due diligence and generating Recommendation List across Products offering on a quarterly basis

- Managing and developing a team of research analysts to build up their knowledge and skill set

- Oversee day to day activities of the team members to deliver actionable research output with data accuracy and consistency on a time bound manner

- Calculating risks and opportunities for potential and current client's portfolio and needs.

- Monitoring market trends and investment portfolios.

- Analyzing previous investment decisions and generating key takeaways.

- Engage with clients, partners, Sales and management throughout the year to share insights and opportunities in financial markets and portfolio management.

- Compiling financial data into insights reports for other team members and stakeholders.

- Be a subject matter expert in personal finance and market.
