Responsibilities :

Competition study

A) Business Strategy & Planning

- Preparation of Business & Annual Operating Plan

- Proposing & finalising the structure for periodic operational & financial

performance updates for management review (which includes periodic MIS &

KPIs measurement trackers).

- Supporting business operations team in assessing the financial viability of

business proposals & partnership, creating templates for the same

- Preparing Monthly Management Reports and KPI's Measurement Trackers

for circulation to the management

B) Product Life Cycle Management

- Tariff Card owner

- Competition tracking - features and pricing

- Usage & Revenue

- ARPU & Customer Life time value

- Product introduction and withdrawal notifications

- Regulatory interactions - TRAI filings

- Product MIS inputs, validations & actionable

- Channel Partner Management
