Job Description :

Managing the entire product line life cycle - conceptualization, design, development, Q/A and maintenance

Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research

Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product

Planning and removing all the bottlenecks in the implementation by ensuring smooth team wide communication channels.

Build and manage a compelling portfolio of products based on business imperatives, customer requirements, competitive products and technology trends.

Conduct deep market and competitive research across a diversity of relevant customer segments to understand directional trends and recommend product strategy.

Take full ownership of all aspects of the product management lifecycle (conception, design, prototyping, pilots, development oversight, testing, roll-out and schedules).

Propose and execute product budgets to ensure profitability.

Ensure portfolio enhancement and upgradation based on changing business/technology.

Working closely with the business team, marketing team and the associates in the market.

Must Have Skills:

Good Knowledge of Agile Development

Product Management experience

Relevant experience in competitive research, market research, customer segment analysis, use case development, prototyping, proof-of-concept development, pilots, focus groups, and product launch.

Must have relevant experience managing product roadmaps and program rollouts.

Good understanding of the technology, architecture, UX designing.

Proactive benchmarking attitude involving cross industry products.

Personal Skills:

Organized, self-motivator, great communicator, detail oriented and fast learner.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills at the business and technical level

Strong work ethics, commitment and team work

Knack to develop a great software product

A big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality

You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers.

Prior experience in IoT development is plus.

Qualification : B.E Computer Science and Engineering MBA MCA Computer Applications

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
