Product Manager - Technology Enabled Solutions - BFSI Sector

Purpose of the Role - Responsible for providing technology enabled solutions to the BFSI clients

Qualification :

B.Tech + MBA : 70 % above required - Must

Prior Work Experience :

- Has 8-12 years- experience in providing solutions for BFSI sector

- Has managed customer life cycle in BFSI domain

- Has experienced pre-sales and solutioning with internal/external stakeholders

- Has been exposed to lending eoo-system

- Has prior experience of building data & analytics based digital underwriting platform

- Has played an active role in requirement gathering, wireframe preparation, stakeholder management and user acceptance testing for at least one significant product / project

- Has experience in Secondary Research & Documentation

- Has demonstrated flair for software products / services

- Should have strong business management and analysis skills

- Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast moving environment

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand the BFSI client requirements and provide relevant product solutions for their needs

- Assume ownership of products including defining scope and developing requirements for new and advanced products as well as upgrades and progressive release for existing products

- Conceptualise and build innovative financial products in lending for platform users

- Engage with BFSI clients to up-sell and cross-sell existing and new product offerings

- Work closely with internal stakeholders for delivery to clients as per commitments

- Research & benchmark market effective solutions that helps build best-in class offerings to the clients
