Responsibilities: In this position you will lead the implementation of product solutions. You-ll be required to interact with both technical expert and senior managers; analyze business requirements and estimate impact on project timelines; analyze client available data and determine quality; validate technical decisions meet project objectives; bridge between client IT, business and internal teams; manage the implementation lifecycle and ensure the project meets deadlines; post production you will be responsible for analysis of usage metrics and ensure overall success of the deployment. - Develop and manage communication materials and channels to educate sales teams and other cross-functional teams on the various enterprise programs. - Effectively engage at all level of the sales organization (sales reps/managers/directors/VP) to evangelize available programs and how he or she can help accelerate sales opportunities and goal achievement. - Plan development roadmap for the enterprise development team and provide relevant insights to the platform owners for further improvement - Set expectation for briefing deliverable and ensure timeliness with key stakeholders. Requirements: - 4 to 6 years of program management, product management, business development, or project management experience. - Bachelor in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent background - Good understanding of various tech and mobile platforms - Prior experience working in a Enterprise, SaaS, Consumer Products company, ideally a successful start-up environment - Leadership qualities and strong verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations is key. - Well-versed in handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational and excellent problem solving skills. - Excellent program management and project management skills.
