- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and designers, to execute the product vision and ensure successful product launches.

- Prioritize features, enhancements, and user stories to maximize the platform's value, usability, and performance.

- Lead and participate in user testing and feedback collection to refine and iterate on product features.

- Monitor key performance metrics, track user engagement, and drive data-driven decisions to optimize the platform's effectiveness.

- Act as a subject matter expert and product evangelist, both internally and externally, by presenting the product's capabilities and benefits to stakeholders and customers.

- Stay up-to-date with AI advancements and their application in the hiring space to ensure our platform remains at the cutting edge of technology.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of launching successful products in the technology or HR tech sector.

- In-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their practical applications in the HR and hiring domain.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate the product vision and strategy effectively.

- Adept at working in cross-functional teams and leading product development from ideation to execution.

- Experience with agile product development methodologies is a plus.
