Job Role
- Support product manager w.r.t bundling products for different segments, offer letters, presentations and training modules
- Support branch and outbound staff and support for resolution of business cases (documentation/pricing/ cross-sell)
- Creation of collaterals for TASC / Govt segments and region specific mktg support
- Publish Knowledge Series, Success Stories
- Analyse FTNT reasons and take measures to reduce the same
- Interact with branches to understand roadblocks and work towards resolving the same
- Analyse the portfolio and identify opportunities for cross-sell
- Constant engagement with frontline for feedback and implementation of the feedback

- Excellent communications skills, perseverance, and ability to speak with conviction
- Interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate with other teams
