Product Manager - Supply Chain Solutions - Agri Tech

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ideation:

- Understand the customer needs and generate ideas for new product features and enhancements

- Solicit ideas from various other stakeholders, Facilitate ideation process working closely with cross-functional groups

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to validate product ideas

Execution:

- Generate detailed requirements, use cases and other technical artefacts for development teams

- Define - Minimum Viable Product- feature sets

- Manage priorities, adjust product requirements, Monitor progress and usability.

- Work closely with engineering teams, develop trust with open communication

Rollout:

- Manage rollout process including customer communication and user training

- Participate in industry events, seminars and social events

- Manage social media contents related to product lines

Skills: 

- 3-5 years of experience in software product management

- Proven track record in managing supply chain software solutions

- Expertise in - Lean Start-up product management methodologies - MVP and BML methods

- Experience working in fast-paced start-up environment

- Understanding of technology, concepts and trends

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Any experience in Agri Tech sector is a strong plus.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in engineering from top tier institution, MBA in product management Preferred.
