Hiring for Product Manager for Vendor Finance
Base: Mumbai
CTC: 40 lacs
Must have exposure financial products catering to vendor finance i.e. SMEs, MSMEs & Corporates loans
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities Area
- Identifying Suitable & eligible Corporate to build Vendor Finance Programs pan India / across sectors
- Explore and Build Tie ups with emerging fintechs, existing and prospective partners to identify strategic partnership
- Business Development by implementing B2B Marketing techniques
- Hunting - Acquire new Corporate Relationships for Vendor Finance & Allied Products
- Farming - Build the Portfolio by going deeper into the existing relationships and enhancing the Program coverage
- Structure / Customize the facilities with Anchor Corporate according to their needs
- Negotiate Terms of Program & Finalize with Corporate and Internal approving authorities
- Preparing Product Notes / Presentations for the programs & reviews
- Collaborate with other teams to leverage on their existing relationships for sourcing new Corporate Programs
- Work cross-functionally to ensure end-to-end Product Development Strategy, Execution of Term Sheets, Generation of Strategic Business Models, etc.
- Manage business tie-ups with key OEMs/manufactures/suppliers and refurbished dealers. Execute partnership agreements/referral agreements/MOU
- Leading sales planning - Conducting monthly business strategy with business leaders and developing incentive schemes for internal sales team, DSA and dealers.
- Collaborating for co-lending - Developed policy process and tech integration for co-lending
- Build & maintain effective long term relationship with key Channel Partners, Manufacturers & their regional team, Dealers, Branch Network and Customers.
- Identify opportunities for growth of product & participate in transition of forming of policies accordingly
