Scope: - Responsible for ideation, development and scaling of subscription offerings - Responsible for new sign-ups, retention and up sell of subscriptions offerings - Own entire consumer lifecycle from onboarding to termination of plan - Drive product requirements definition, planning, design, and testing of new features - Drive multi-year product vision, strategy, and direction for Subscription offerings - Collaborate effectively with engineering and operations stakeholders to influence and align on execution - Make decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data. Foster a data-driven culture that accelerates testing, delivery, and innovation. - Intake and prioritize needs across multiple stakeholder groups to define your roadmap What we are looking for: - Bachelor/Master's degree from a premier institute preferred - 3-5 years of relevant experience in Product Management (SaaS domain) or in handling customer's subscription life-cycle - A proven track record of working with engineers, business teams and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Outstanding project and time management skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
