Product Manager - Strategic Business Research & Development - Consulting Firm

LOCATION - Mumbai (Goregaon)

JOB PURPOSE:

This role is a key catalyst to support the growth strategy working in tandem with the leadership team. As an integral part of the team, you will bring fresh thinking, deep insight expertise and strategic clarity to burning business questions. You will be responsible for the development of each product idea on our platforms and you will define the positioning and messaging for our products and services. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform the overall strategic positioning of the product.

JD - THIS INCLUDES AND NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

- Conceive, design and execute secondary research, strategy, issues & challenges, competitive positioning, organization structure, recent developments, SWOT, etc. Market industry value chain, size and growth outlook, trends and drivers, growth inhibitors and challenges, competitive landscape.

- Perform deep-dive analysis of competitive offerings and define where we fit into the overall eco-system

- Conduct research and analysis across a wide range of assignments including market assessment & sizing, competitive analysis & benchmarking, industry/sector analysis, vendor/ JV partner identification, and business plans, Go- to - market strategy, Analysis, Market entry assessments

- Synthesize all of this data into a concise and clear product positioning and messaging for different industries and geographies.

- Lead the go-to-market efforts to drive awareness and adoption of our products and services, including positioning, strategy, and execution of key launches and initiatives that push our brand and business forward.

- Collaborate with Industry SMEs to develop Thought Leadership in areas like IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Disruptive Technologies changing the Industry landscape etc.

- Development of business case materials, use cases, opportunity & competitive landscape, market sizing, industry & capability assessment for key solutions across focused industry verticals.

REQUIREMENTS:

- The candidate must have 8+ years of experience with 2-3 years of relevant experience in strong strategic report writing with In-depth knowledge of trends and competitive environment in IT/Fintech Industries.

- Experience working in international Markets.

- Start-up experience is a plus

- Highly articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to translate information into insights and recommendations that inspire the product teams to act.

- Willingness to work in a highly demanding and results-oriented team environment where priorities can change
