Work Experience : 2 - 5 years relevant experience of Product Development in Startup in Travel or Expense Platform.

Salary : INR 20- 30 LPA

Product Manager (Multiple Levels):

Our product is new, the team is small and the scope for impact is immense. As a product manager, you need to work across multiple functions in the company to create the best experience for our clients.

What you'll be expected to do:

- Take on end to end ownership of our product.

- Own the product and associated business metrics

- Decide the road-map and execution plan

- Be the voice of customer, obsess over customer winning outcomes and translate it into product requirements

- Lead a strong cross-functional team comprising engineers, designers, business development managers and data analysts to drive product from conception-to-launch-to-growth.

- Fully specify each functional release. Work with Sales, Design and Engineering to develop feature level specifications inclusive of UX/UI design, then validate assumptions, prototypes and designs directly with existing or prospective customers.

- Perform competitor analysis and benchmarking. Design industry first path breaking products to solve customers and industry problems.

- Works with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing and Engineering to improve product adoption on the service/product area.

- Measure and analyze performance of product initiatives against ROI, KPIs, and other metrics. Continually generate ideas for product introductions and expansion

- Establish processes to improve quality and speed of product delivery such as comprehensive requirement gathering, proper documentation (PRD/SRS etc.), impact analysis, usability testing, test cases review etc

Requirements:

- Should be willing to own the problem end to end i.e., which problem to solve, how to solve it, and what is the impact of the solution.

- Should know the basics of business (to define problem and impact), basics of software (to define an engineering solution) and basics of design (to define a user journey).

- Should be self-driven, proactive and possess good communication skills to articulate the problem and the solution to all stakeholders

- Has 2-5 years of experience, with an engineering undergrad and an MBA post-grad from a top tier institute.

Candidate Must Haves:

Relevant Experience: 2-5 years

- Working on even Saturdays.

- Someone with Engineering degree and MBA post-grad from a tier1

- PM experience, including experience building and rolling out new products.

- 30 days notice period

Additional Guidelines - B2B or SaaS product experience is a huge plus
