About company : Started in 2020, Seed funded startup.

Responsibilities :

A. Identify Problems & Priorities:

- Identification of main stakeholders and their use cases

- Continually build hypotheses and test them to determine the roadmap

B. Communicate :

- For each use case, identify the main scenario, alternate and error scenarios based on Behaviour Driven -Development (BDD) framework to create a feature document

- Work on BRD, MRD, PRD and assist tech lead in creation of FSD/PSD/SRS

- Provide success & acceptance scenarios for each use case

C. Collaborate :

- Collaborate with engineers and designers to arrive at the detailed solutions to problems

- Collaborate with Business development and Customer Success to understand and eliminate obstacles to adoption and usage

- Work with Marketing to bring new features to life on the various communication touchpoint

D. Execute :

- Own delivery of roadmap for the product

- Define milestones and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to launch the product as per defined timelines

- Pre-empt potential delays, and be the first point of contact to assess issues coming in production. Assess severity and priority to the issue. Provide workaround (wherever available) to the stakeholders

- Run tight project management to meet launch timelines

- Define, gather and analyze usage data and KPIs to refine product design

- Verify tech deliverables before they are rolled out to production

Skills :

A. Business :

- Must know how to write a PRD

- Must be able to think exhaustively on any use case provided

- Basic business acumen expected

B. Technology :

- Must have working knowledge of how tech products work

- Must understand the software development lifecycle

- Working knowledge of MS Office, SQL, JIRA (bonus)

C. Design :

- Must understand basics of UI/UX design

- Must be able to define usability tasks of tech products

D. Soft skills :

- Good at communication with varied stakeholders

- Convincing power - Meticulous documentation skills

- Must be a people's person

- Problem solving aptitude

- Excellent work ethic

- Ability to talk to customers and drill down to actual user need gaps

Role requirement:

- Top IIT/IIM with 3-6 years of experience in product management; preferably building products from scratch at high growth startups

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

- Prior payments/fintech experience a strong plus
