Product Manager - Startup

We are hiring high performing product managers for one of India's hottest (top 5) start-ups. The role will be based out of Bangalore and Singapore

Expectation from the Candidate:

- Experience with product management, including end-to-end understanding of the product, features, market requirements, competition

- Bachelor's degree in engineering/MBA or equivalent from a top college or university

- 5-8 years experience at a top product company or startup (amazon, flipkart, ebay)

- Excellent problem solving skills

- Expert level MS Excel and Powerpoint skills

- Good writing skills to communicate with business and technical teams

- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

- Superior verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired and ambiguity is the norm

- A history of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done. Must be highly hands-on

- Experience in dealing with clients and stakeholders directly

- Ability to use hard data and metrics to validate hypotheses and justify business decisions
