Product Manager - Startup

We are looking for experienced Product Managers for one of our clients (US based company funded by some of the greatest investors in Silicon Valley)

Our Client's goal is to be the essential staffing engine for all businesses that support the local workforce. In addition to being a two-sided marketplace, the online-to-offline nature of their product presents a unique set of product challenges. They are connecting people in physical space and managing around all the unpredictability and unique social dynamics of hourly labor.

Position : Sr Product Manager/ Group Product Manager

Work Location: Bangalore, India

Education : B.E/B.Tech OR MBA ( From Premium Institutes)

Experience : Minimum 3+yrs relevant experience in Product Management

Budget : 30 L - 70 L

Job Profile:

- Work directly with customers to understand the efficacy of our current product and share this context with the company

- Define, measure, and share the important critical metrics to measure the success of our on demand staffing product

- Synthesize feedback, data, and company goals to develop a roadmap and product plan for on demand staffing

- Partner with design, engineering, and operations to scope and build features that solve user problems
