Product Manager - Startup

Product Manager- Jakarta, Indonesia, Series A funded Startup

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Build product that will solve complex, evergreen problems in Southeast Asian logistics industry

- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products for our Shippers, Transporters, and Internal Team

- Work with world class designers and engineers to develop product that users want

- Frequently develop hypothesis and test assumptions through user research methodologies, and synthesize the insights to help us prioritize and focus on what we should invest first

- Work with cross functional team to define value propositions, product strategy, and go to market strategy

- Define success metrics and continuously manage the growth and iterations of the product

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

- Strong problem solving skills, demonstrated by past project, coursework, organization, or internship experiences

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion to build something that users want

- Analytical skills - ability to work and process data (basic SQL or Ms Excel) to watch customer behaviour and gather insights for next iterations
