Job Description for Product Manager-Specialty
Job title - Product Manager-Specialty (Onco)
Job purpose
Develop and Deliver innovative expert strategies in Onco pathology
Duties and responsibilities
- To prepare and implement marketing plans, designing test strategies and activities for their implementation, setting metrics of execution, and follow
- Forecasting and projection of portfolio revenue and promotional expense.
- Responsible for achievement of portfolio target
- To track performance data of the test and portfolio, prepare promotional material
- To manage test life cycles, brand plan for new test launch
- Segmentation, Positioning and targeting for different products in the portfolio, creation of appropriate marketing mix
- To design and implement promotional strategies for both new and ongoing product
- To support sales to achieve budgeted number, optimization of product mix to ensure both top line and bottom line target achievement.
- To provide training to field force and implement product marketing strategies
- To design KOL engagement programme and develop a cohesive relationship with leading KOLs pertaining to assigned segment
- Maintain P&L of test portfolio assigned
- Organize and execute CME/RTM in various part of country
- To arrange and organize annual sales conference
- To work with retail marketing team for designing of various social media campaign and corporate campaigns
Qualifications
- BSc/B Pharm
- MBA from Reputed Institute
- Past exposure in onco segment
