Product Manager (Software development / Product development)

1. Responsible for overall marketing - targeted marketing, cold calls, and meeting revenue milestones

2. Expand the business network through the appointment of channel partners & setting up digital and physical campaigns to create avenues for new customer acquisition

3. Addressing and troubling shooting clients' difficulties

4. Working with the UX/UI teams to ensure usability, engaging with existing end users, and providing feedback and suggested/preferred features to the development/design teams.

5. Coordinating with the development team to enhance the product and chalk out a Product Roadmap, Marketing, and implementation of the product.

6. Overseeing the phase II development of the product in line with the market feedback and requirements.

7. Weekly reporting on marketing and current implementation update

8. Quarterly reporting to the board and update of the companies' financials and forecast for the upcoming quarter

Competencies:

1. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in emerging SAAS technologies

2. Good understanding of a Product Development Life Cycle

3. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to coach channel partners to drive sales in different geographies successfully.

4. Able to work with technology and business stakeholders internally and with end customers externally

5. Superior leadership skills with the ability to enable high performers to deliver and motivate performers to improve

6. Good understanding of software, mobile, SAAS, cloud technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends

7. Preferred understanding of NoSQL and SQL databases
