We are looking for a Product Manager to help define and execute the next generation of SaaS product offerings. Our Product Managers are both business and technical savvy, have a big picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. The new Product Manager will leverage their knowledge and expertise of the B2B Payments domain, SaaS product management experience and bring practical, hands-on ability to convert ideas into product specifications. Our PMs have a passion to develop stellar user experiences across various platforms.

Responsibilities :

Develop strategy and roadmap for for current and greenfield products in the billing and revenue automation space

Define detailed product requirements by conducting market and competitive research. Lead "build vs partner vs buy" analysis for current and future capabilities

Produce actionable functional and non-functional specifications, develop use cases and user experience wireframes to facilitate design and development.

Identify product gaps and generate new product ideas that drive product adoption and growth

Serve as Subject Matter Expert and as single point of contact to address questions for the assigned product area

Collaborate with engineering team members on functional and technical design matters. Assist quality assurance develop and implement continuous improvement plans

Partner with internal and external stakeholders including clients, prospects and industry influencers to understand product needs in accordance to business goals

Collaborate with user experience designers and software engineers to create world-class user experiences

Implement company-wide go-to-market plans, balancing strategic planning with tactical execution

Represent the product internally and externally by assisting with demonstrations, proof of concepts and RFP/RFI responses.

Monitor performance and measure impact of product enhancements and initiatives

Collaborate with customer support and client services teams to triage customer issues and incorporate learnings into product strategy.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in the B2B enterprise software space. Familiarity with key components and technologies that make up a SaaS product stack at a functional and technical level

- 4+ years of SaaS product management or similar experience

- Experience in Financial Accounting, ERP, Billing & Payments or CRM domains

- Ability to synthesize complex business requirements into lucid product specifications

- Proven experience building functional and engaging user experiences with a strong UX/UI background

- Ability to partner with 3rd party organizations and design solutions that incorporate APIs and similar integration paradigms

- Deep understanding of business strategy and metrics

- Hands-on, driven self-starter with high initiative and confidence levels

- Bachelor's degree in a business or technology discipline
