Product Manager - Social Commerce
Responsibilities :
- Define and Execute a strategy to work towards solving problems spanning our delivery infrastructure
- Launch new products and features, guide their go-to-market, evaluate their success, and iterate based on feedback
- Develop solutions collaborating with Engineering and Design teams across brand as required
- Work with relevant stakeholders and improve Delivery partner NPS on the platform
- Build internal tools that make it easier for business, operations, and product teams to manage the business
Qualifications :- 4+ years of product management experience in the E-commerce/Logistics domain
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- System design experience
- Experience building and delivering strategic product roadmaps
Good to have :- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, and Marketing.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without authority
