- Responsible for strengthening the SME product capability in the organization;

- Responsible for stewarding the Process and Platform Capability initiatives on behalf of business to support the product program related developments.

- Building Tracking & MIS capability for effective performance management & monitoring

- Develops products by identifying potential products.

- Conducting market mapping and competitive analysis..

- Generating product requirements, determining specifications.

- Responsible for designing incentive structure, time - integrated plans for product introduction.

- Responsible for developing marketing strategies.

- Any other initiatives that the company may want to drive for the product from time to time.
