Job Description

Client is looking for Product Manager whose main responsibility would be to enhance the company's market share and profitability by rolling out innovative products, more efficient processes, faster responses, effective rewards and internal campaigns, alternate channels of outreach, etc. and gain a sustainable edge over competition.

The candidate will be adept at effectively translating the Big Picture into action and will have strong collaborative skills to work with multiple departments and stake-holders. A bias towards action and decision making are essential. The person would thrive in an unstructured environment, gathering information from primary and secondary sources and quickly translating it into profitable product offerings within short periods of time.

A person with a balanced outlook, high energy, innovative thinking and willingness to travel would get the job.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with Sales team; design and implement relevant product offerings / programs to drive disbursement volumes

2. Develop customer communication and marketing initiatives to achieve business goals

3. Analyze the market and customers to identify potential opportunities

4. Co-ordinate with Sales, Operations, Underwriting teams on designing and implementation of processes to reduce TAT and increase customer satisfaction.

5. Track competition, industry metrics, forecasts and qualitative market data for different segments on a monthly basis

6. Own the entire roadmap for products from concept to note-writing to approval to rollout to monitoring performance and to weed out the low performing products and increase traction with better products

7. Scout for and forge partnerships with strategic partners in the Beyond Loans domain 8. Display a high level of critical thinking in cross functional process analysis and problem

resolution for existing products

9. Oversee the coordination between various internal departments (marketing communication, policy, legal, compliance, operations, Customer Service, IT and sales)

10. Preparing product wise business plan which consist of revenue vs Cost benefit analysis

11. Prepare & Review the Products, Lending Policies and processes for entire operations of business as per the desired business plan

12. Develops and streamline process flow for product delivery including query resolutions

Preferred Profile:

1) Highly innovative; capable of connecting the Big Picture to concrete day-to-day activities

2) Strong communication skills

3) High on taking initiatives and an action-oriented approach

4) Relevant experience of SME Loans/Housing Loans/Retail Sales would be preferred

5) Comfortable in interfacing with clients

6) Passionate about working in a social enterprise

7) Willingness to tackle diverse business problem solving challenges through use of data, experience and creative thinking

Qualifications:

1) 10 years of SME/Retail lending experience in a similar role.

2) Relevant post graduate degree from a reputed institute.
