Product Manager - SME Loans

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop non fund & fund based credit products like bank guarantee, bill discounting, cash credit etc

- Define underwriting policy on fund based & trade finance products.

- Defining the new products in CBS/ LOS systems.

- Training of sales team & credit team in handling the new products.

- Define operational guidelines for the credit ops team.

- Handling regular queries from store fronts on process,customer issues,system challenges.

- Define end to end process in co-ordination with all stakeholders.

- Good knowledge on loan documentation, especially documentation on multiple facilities & charge creation.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Post Graduate

- Prior experience of at least 5 years in handling non fund based & trade finance products of any schedule commercial bank.

- Hands on experience in LOS& CBS systems.

- Preferable to have JAIIB/ CAIIB or any other relevant qualifications in banking.
