Product Manager - SME

Product Manager- SME (small & medium enterprises)

- The role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective financial products that can increase company profitability, as well as build customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. This role comes with P&L responsibility for this line of business.

- The person will be responsible for Top line growth, while maintaining the planned Bottom-line along with Product underwriting and regulatory compliance and improving system and process control efficiency.

The role will include :

1. New Product Development - Launching new products, streamlining processes.

2. Productivity management - driving productivity through different initiatives.

3.Identify potential markets - launch new products, drive market share.

4.Regular coordination with Business Stakeholders and initiate new processes of product enhancement as per the market standards

5. Identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities and develop appropriate solutions.

6. Analyzing portfolio performance, understand the gap areas and coordinate with stake holders and develop

7. Coordinating with cross-functional teams like Operations, Credit, IT and Sales, to create and continuously enable changes as necessary.
