Product Manager - Small Business Loan with one of the NBFCs in Mumbai

We are Looking for a Product Manager Business Loan with one of our NBFC clients based out of Mumbai. Our client is a NBFC and has a strong footprint in payment business.

The candidate will be responsible to create new product offerings, increase revenue through cross sell offerings, review process requirements, initiate cost reduction and efficiency improvements to ensure overall P&L plans are achieved.

- Identify Market need and develop new products by using primary and secondary data.

- Handing P & L and improving the profits ratios

- Driving sales through different contests and incentive programmes.

- Development of different training programmes for branch people and leaders.

- Generating top line as well as bottom line growth MOM.

- Setting up various processes and strategy.

- Working on various projects towards digitalization.

- Increasing customer retention though various programmes.

- Creating and providing productivity analysing tools to leadership team.

- Identify and facilitate cross-selling fee base opportunities.

- Collection mechanism process role from 0 DPD to NPA.

- Drive projects that are critical to the businesses like TAT, Productivity, Disbursement through prepaid cards, BNA Machine Etc.

- Review the business performance regularly and take corrective measures.

- As a Product manager he must bring an experience from small business level.

- The candidate must have around 5-10 years of product experience.
