Product Manager - Server/Storage

Product Manager with a leading IT Hardware Company

- Seeking a 5 - 10 yrs experienced seasoned product manager, with hands-on exposure in managing Storage / Server for one of the leading IT Hardware company.

Responsibilities

- Market analysis across different industry verticals, developing Server & Storage, business cases and value props

- Managing strategic aspects such as customer engagement incl. beta programs, sales cycle involvement, synergy plays for product integrations etc.

- Managing tactical and executional aspects such as diagnosis of a problem, suggest workarounds and enhancements.

- Complete ownership of the product roadmap for major, minor and maintenance releases.

- Retaining/Improving the customer satisfaction by tracking, triaging the reported issues and developing plans to address them on an on-going basis.

- Go-to person for all product issues pertaining to the product and associated services.

- Internal enablement for Sales, Marketing, Professional services, implementation and Support teams.

- Creating specs, writing user stories/epics around business requirements and building prototypes.

- Organizing and managing team meetings and status reports.
