Product Manager/Senior Product Manager - Credit/Risk

As a part of the Product team, you will be working on Internal Products and responsible for all things Product for Risk and Credit verticals from ideation to shipping features at high quality and speed and analyzing the impact of the features. We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about solving high-impact problems in a fast-paced start-up environment with a high degree of autonomy. This is inherently a cross-functional role where you will work closely with our risk, operations, engineering teams to bring new products/features to life.

This role is a part of the Product team and reports to the head of product, out of our office in Bangalore, India.

Responsibilities :

- As part of the Product team, you will be responsible to ideate and building features, and managing the product lifecycle for the Credit / Risk functions.

- Build Risk models and automation for Credit and Risk functions

- Manage the Product lifecycle end-to-end from defining a roadmap to product launch to analyzing the feature.

- Seek product ideas & feedback from stakeholders, gather requirements, write specifications for business and tech audiences.

Requirements :

- Proven experience of 3+ years of experience building software products in a product role delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them - you're extremely proud of what you've accomplished.

- Must have experience in building Risk or Credit models, Rule engines, etc in Lending, Banking, and Financing domains.

- Ready to roll up sleeves to spend time designing, analyzing data, setting up quality processes and guardrails, jumping into the business analysis as required

- Graduate from Tier 1 Institute or prior experience in early or growth-stage startups is preferred.

- Good communication skills (both written and verbal). You will have to inspire a lot as people will look up to you for product vision.
