Designation: Product Manager / Senior Product Manager / Product Head (Flexible on Designation based on Experience and Expertise)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement and lead your product strategy and roadmap, aligned with corporate strategy and vision

- Build relationships across Technology, Design, Marketing, and Business teams to ensure partnership and collaboration in driving strategy and revenue potential

- Build, lead and manage a rock star team to create world class products and services

- Prioritize projects according to market needs and business priorities, continually evaluate the performance of products and features against goals and develop recommendations for improvement

- Ensure user oriented design is the primary approach to product development across multiple screens, based on user behaviour data and direct customer feedback.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Tech Enthusiast who has a strong Tech/Product understanding and is able and willing to shape and implement the product vision of the company

- Have a successful track record within Start-ups, Technology and Internet Companies, 3+ years in a product role

- You have an entrepreneurial drive and have hands-on experience in creating products with the best user experience

- Possess strong analytical/numerical skills and experience with metric-based decision making

- Have outstanding leadership skills, excellent people/communication and negotiation skills

- Must have a good background in leading large product management teams.

- Must have strong analytical ability to assess complex situations and exceptional creativity to provide solutions.

- Highly detail oriented and strong ability to understand consumer needs and attitudes.
