Product Manager/Senior Product Manager - Payment Vertical Firm

Qualification: Must be BTech from a premier institute.

Experience: Must have relevant exp 3 to 5 years in product management payment vertical only.

1. Role Brief:

This is a leadership role and will own the Digital Payments vertical in the Product Department.

2. Skills and Prior Experience:

a. Must have worked in Product Teams in startups/fintech/banks/NBFCs and handled Digital Payments vertical.

b. Knowledge and experience into rules and regulations and various compliances in payments business.

c. Createdasmoothexperienceforcustomersandmerchantsforcheckoutatstoreorat online websites.

d. Must have managed multiple stakeholders efficiently like-engineering, Design, Business etc.

3. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

a. Manage multiple Payment gateway Integrations for Credit Cards, UPI, EMI and other payment options.

b. Automation of payment gateway operations like settlements, reconciliation, payouts, merchant onboarding

c. Manage Merchant integrations, APIs, solutioning and customizations.

d. Build and optimize Customer Checkout flows.

e. Maximize success rate and transaction conversions.

f. Monitor emerging trends, industry developments, regulatory change and security enhancements across the payments industry.

g. Partner with Product Strategy and Go-to-Market teams to define and execute product launch plans, including product packaging and pricing.
