Role : Product Manager \ Senior Product Manager

Location : New Delhi

Role Background : The firm is over 30 years old and runs a unique model combining pan- India physical presence along with cutting edge technology. As a Product Manager you will engage daily with top MNC & Pvt sector banks and NBFC to partner their growth plans.

About the role :

- Evangelize product vision with key stakeholders, collaborate with marketing, distribution channels

- Eye for detail, analytics, decoding consumer insights & technology trends to develop strategies

- Responsible for seamlessly managing origination of new customers within credit risk norms

- Achievement of business targets in terms of volume growth, product mix. Have experience of ownership of P&L

- Skilled in planning & execute promotion plans & activities through digital contact centers.

- Understanding of digital loan ecosystem or banking products is a big plus

- Experience in entrepreneurship or start-up is preferred. Or an attitude to work in a high growth environment. The firm is growing at 50% annually.

- Work on projects with Technology, Analytics, Digital Fulfillment and other teams
